Patient X was found wandering near a carnival one night, she is trying to tell her nurse at the asylum that a killer clown has escaped and is heading home and her own baby was taken from her. As "Snuffles" arrives home, his sister Dr. Wethers is holding a group therapy session for delinquent teens who all fear clowns. It turns into a a real confrontation of their worst fears. Patient X is trying to get out and join the mayhem at any cost

Nobody is asked to do too much, but they did fine, it could have been much better, but was still acceptable.

Stabbings, blood splatter during mostly off-screen organ removals, and a beating with a blunt object.

A women is stripped topless during a torture scene.

Another indy level film, that fails while trying to be a suspense driven film, then improves when it goes to classic crazy clown killer movie. The end is far better than the beginning, but its still not great.
