Plot
A sultry blonde who just moved in an apartment raises some hell to a young couple who live downstairs. Things get even worst when they realize the girl is a serial killer.
Acting
Stars Veteran horror actors Michael Gingold (also a Fangoria editor),, who is not very good, Isabell Stephen, who is a step above Gongold, and and early role from starlet Suzi Lorraine, who plays the psycho role very well.
Gore
Stabbings and a bloody cut throat.
Sex/Nudity
None, but as always Suzi barely contains herself in her clothes.
Final Thoughts
The psycho new neighbor story is quickly becoming very over used a repetitive, however, unlike many of those films, at just 17 minutes of run time, this movie certainly does over stay its welcome. And unlike many shorts it actually manages to both start and complete the story in the short period of time. A worth while short film.
