Inspector Ava Williams investigates a prison fire to its source, a prisoner seeking revenge against those who put him behind bars
Acting
Ian Somerhalder is very good, as the wise ass detective, and Lexa Doig is effective in the lead role of the lovely and likable scientist. Aleks Paunovic is very average as the title character. Overall better than most sci-fi movies though.

Lots of explosions and things bursting into flames, also gunshots.

Final Thoughts
While the acting, and the minimal amount of CGI effected featured in this are better than most of its kind, the film in a whole is less entertaining than many of the SyFy movies, as its a very generic and one-dimensional story, despite some well written characters. Definitely a very skippable film.
