After Annika, a medical doctor, gets work at the local hospital, she and her 17-year old daughter Saga move to a small town in northern Sweden. Annika is keen to work with her idol, geneticist Professor Gerhard Beckert. However Beckert's sinister past in the Waffen-SS soon catches up with him when a couple of pill-popping interns mistake an experimental vaccine for party drugs. Mayhem ensues as the town's teenagers succumb one by one to the mysterious virus.

It's always harder to identify good actor on foreign films, as I can't understand anything they are saying, however the physical portions of the acting where fine.

Some fairly mild vampire attacks and killings, also brief war portion with gun shots and explosions.

Some man butt

The plot is very much a combination of "Dead Snow" and "30 Days of the Night", with the emphasis on the latter, but it was made before either of those movies, so you really can't call it a rip off of them. Unlike those movies however, this is a slow moving story based movie, which features a alot of ok, but not exactly great build to a finale that doesn't live up to the wait. Watchable, but i'd check out "30 Days of Night Instead"
