Welcome to the sexually degenerate world of the Cockface Killer, a mysterious masked being who's sole purpose is stopping the sexual shenanigans of others.Mark is the hero of our sordid tale, he works days at Filthy Frank's (Fuck Flicks and Fake Disks Emporium) as a clerk, and spends his intoxicated evenings with his sexy girlfriend Stacy. After one such night of intimacy is interupted by the Cockface Killer, Mark embarks on a drug-fueled crusade to destroy Cockface and make New Orleans safe for all the perverts and freaks that inhabit it.With the police in denial of the Cockface Killer's existence, Mark's already difficult mission is further complicated by an all-female gang known as the Clitoral Legion Against Man. The C.L.A.M. is a violent criminal organization bent on the domination and subjugation of all men.Luckily for Mark, the N.O.P.D. is drunk and incompetent, the C.L.A.M. are preoccupied with ass-raping men, and Cockface is extremely, extrememly retarded.Mark thus goes about saving the day the only way he knows how - by sitting back, smoking a bowl, and allowing the bad guys to settle all their differences themselves, in blood... and cum... which together make... Goregasm!

Actually better than expected, but still crap.

Lots of cut up body parts, stabbings, rapes, etcc.

Lots of sex and nudes scenes, some of which are explicit and unsimulated.

Pretty much the same stuff you got with the first one but with a bit more of an actual story and a bit less randomness. Its still too over the top with the explicit sex and they will basically do anything to try to offend people, but there are some entertaining and funny moments, that kind of make you feel bad, cause you really shouldn't be laughing. Overall just more of the same.
