'Hell' is the name of the hero of the story. He's a prisoner of the women who now run the USA after a nuclear/biological war. Results of the war are that mutants have evolved, and the human race is in danger of extinction due to infertility. Hell is given the task of helping in the rescue of a group of fertile women from the harem of the mutant leader (resembling a frog). Hell cannot escape since he has a bomb attached to his private parts which will detonate if he strays more than a few hundred yards from his guard.

The Cast features William Smith, Roddy Piper, Rory Calhoun and Sandahl Bergman, however only Calhoun really stood out, with the rest being average and sometime fairly wooden.

Typical action movie stuff such as gun shots, some mild stabbings, and explosions.

One women is seen topless while trying to seduce Roddy Piper, most other female characters spend the whole movie in lingerie which is often see-through.

While this movie is incredible cheesy and campy, all of which is completely intentional, it is still mostly enjoyable. I'm a huge pro wrestling fan, but I never really understood how Roddy Piper became a star there, and I feel the same way about his acting career. While i think it could have been a much better movie with a better star, it however was still an enjoyable movie overall, and a worthwhile viewing for b-movie fans.
