A recent college graduate moves into a new house only to discover that there's a monster in the basement, a body buried in the backyard, and that the previous tenant disappeared under strange circumstances

The lead is ok, most supported cast are poor though

Some blood, no real violence, all comic

A few comic clothed sex scenes
Final Thoughts
Another real bad indy horror comedy, from the guys who later wrote Dorm Daze (a solid movie) and Dorm Daze 2 (not quite as solid). Once again, does'nt take anything seriously and goes for site gag after site gag. Nothing special despite its very surprising following.
