A Los Angeles psychiatrist, Dr. Dorn, bends the rules of human behavior in the interest of street justice, turns vigilante, and begins hunting down his patients as "human prey."

Final Thoughts
This was a very poorly made movie, it had really bad acting, and little to no continuity, with many scenes seeming completely random, it did however have a decent enough story that, despite being poorly executed still managed to hold my interest most of the way through and had some entertainment value in that tradition bad movie way.
