Plot
Angela Nelson returns home to the place where she witnessed her family slaughtered by the notorious killer clown, Mr. Jingles. Accompanied by a team of paranormal experts, they set out to prove the grounds are not haunted by the long-dead ghost of Mr. Jingles. But they will soon find out they are wrong... DEAD WRONG!
Acting
Jim Anton once again plays Jingle the Clown, and the cast is far better then one would expect, and are average overall.

Final Thoughts
This is actually a surprisingly slow moving movie, that focuses on the decent story rather than the violence and slasher type stuff. Artistically its a big improvement over the first, but the entertainment value has dropped a bit.
