Killing Spree (1987)
Horror Not Rated
Plot
Tom feels that his wife is cheating on him. It doesn't take long for his paranoia to get the best of him and he begins to murder the men he thinks his wife is sleeping with. Tom has the most inventive and gruesome ways of dealing with these unfortunate chaps.
Acting
Not very good, but probably the best of any of Tim Ritter's movies.
Gore
There is certainly some creativeness to the many gore scenes, however they are all done very cheaply, and poorly which hurt them a bit.
Sex/Nudity
Despite the story revolving around the guys supposedly nympho maniac wife, there is not sex, and they hide any nudity.
Final Thoughts
Tim Ritter is quickly moving up my list of hated directors, towards the territory currently occupied by the likes of Lloyd Kaufman, and Ulli Lommel. This movie however did have some redeeming quality, that the aforementioned directors films rarely have. The gore effects, and bad comedic attempts may make some bad movie fans chuckle, but I personally have seen far too many of them to still be entertained, and the story which was amusing at the beginning and ended terrifically, really dragged through the repetitive middle portion. I would say skip it, but many a b-movie fan would say otherwise.
