In a search for her missing grandfather Sue and her friends are terrorized by the Sandsquatch.

Stars cult horror veterans Trent Hagga, Amanda Ward, and Mike Kolich and other in a cast that is completely average in every possible way.

Mild blood splatter during an off-screen kill (which happens to much), severed head aftermath, head and spine removal, and a body in chainsawed in half.

A few scenes of topless groupie sex.

I really felt that this was a movie with a good deal of potential, however in the end failed to live up to that. The story and characters where not exceptionally interesting and it took far too long (i believe 45-50 minutes) for the creature to actually start killing people, so there was a lot of conversational build up with generic characters that wasn't real enjoyable, the killings themselves, which lead up to a somewhat random ending, where a bit disappointing as most occurred off screen, the one screen portions however did look pretty good, with decent special effects.  A disappointment of a movie that could have been a very enjoyable blood soaked creature slasher, but fell way short. Still however a decent, though unspectacular movie, despite its many flaws.
