Plot
A screenwriter's worst nightmare comes true when his latest idea for a horror film becomes reality in this spine-tingling tale. Suffering from a case of writer's block, Umeki is thrilled when he concocts a surefire script about a woman who gives birth to a reptile, but his elation turns to revulsion when his expectant wife spawns a reptilian-human hybrid.

Seems OK, but its a bit hard to tell when you don't understand anything there saying.

Final Thoughts
This movie had a ridiculous premise and bad special effect, but still could have been a decent movie if handled correctly, but it wasn't. It moved a bit to slow and although it only runs for 50 minutes, it seems over long. Not a terrible movie, but don't let the decent sounding plot suck you in, you can skip this.
