While girls in neon bikinis and fake fangs dance on Malibu Beach, Colonel Oliver West [Rod Sweitzer] funds the Contras, Congressman Terry Upstart [Marcus Frieshman] has illicit affairs, and Pammy Faye [Gretchen House] and Reverend Tim Fakker [Francis Creighton] bilk their believers of money. When a vampire from the underworld injects each of the bloodsuckers with truth serum through her bites, they are forced to start telling the truth. Reverend Fakker finds the Lord and 50 years in prison, Congressman Upstart leaves politics and opens a dating service, and Colonel West retires from the Marines and opens a lingerie store.

Absolutley awful movie, and without a doubt the worst movie i've ever seen. No reedeeming quality's what  so ever, and the most annoying theme song ever(which was stolen from beach blanket bingo). Unfortunately the director of this crap died in 03 at the age of 48. Fortunately he never made another movie.
