Maskhead tells the depraved tale of Syl and Maddie, a lesbian couple who produce extreme fetish and dark specialty movies. With the help of their sociopathic associate, The Cowboy, the ladies audition numerous up-and-coming talent to act in their top selling, stomach-turning fetish series: "MASKHEAD", which features a large man in a bizzare mask who tourtures and kills his "co-stars" on camera. Everyone has a fetish. What's yours? What turns you on?

The acting here is actually fairly strong, considering budget, and material.

Slit Throat, stabbings, arm broken through the skin, limbs cut off, and a women is raped with a 2x4.

Ridiculous amounts of cleavage, clothed gay sex, simulated blow job, man butt, a few topless women/victims, and some topless women with taped nipples.

This movie was made by the people at Toe Tag Picutres , who are also responsible for the "August Underground" series, which I have heard great thing about. So going in my expectations where a bit high. I did however find it, a bit disappointing, while still mostly entertaining. The main problem I had with is was the randomness. While there where 3 or 4 interesting characters there was little to no character development,as the story just went from one kinky sex/torture scene to another, without any sort of explanation. A decent effort, but a disappointment based on the company's reputation.
