The film follows a girl named Madison Penrose, spoiled throughout her life to the extent that she convinces her parents to re-open Rollerdome for her Sweet 16. Obviously, the Rollerdome once closed because a series of brutal murders took place at the locale, and, of course, the killer comes back to wreak havoc during her party.

Lauren McKnight was fabulous as the heroin, and Julianna Guill (F13  Remake) does the best possible with her character.

Pool cue through the head, head bashed in, severed heads, slit throat and a stabbing. Also lots of off-screen violence with good blood splatter.

This movie brings nothing new to the table, as its a very generic storyline, and one particularly annoying character is a way over the top rich bitch, which is supposed to be based of all those girls from this movies predecessor "My Super Sweet 16". It is however very entertaining, and has one great performance. Truly a surprising, but top notch slasher movie. The best made-for-basic-cable slasher I have ever seen. Although it has not yet received a DVD release date, and hasn't been airing on TV lately, and unrated version is available for rental and a download on itunes. I suggest you get it.
