A mysterious new girl arrives in posh suburban neighborhood and quickly sets out to terrorize the town. As she starts breaking into homes and torturing the occupants, they begin to realize that she isn't just another girl next door.

America Olivo stars as the psycho neighbor, and does better than the standard made for TV variety that you would expect.

Shockingly a lot of gore here, drill through the toe, acid to the face, stabbing, finger removals, and a wine tap to the chest.

A better than average combination of the psycho neighbor thriller and slasher genres. A surprising amount of gore, and a solid lead performance by Olivo. Not a great movie by any means, but I'd recommend checking this out before another one of those made for TV thrillers.
