Decent, but nothing special

Mild, unless you count a tame rape scene

There the tame and fully clothed rape scene mentioned above ^^, and there a random and brief shot of a nude women that i think is part of a dream sequence. There also some dog on dog sex in case thats your thing.

Starts of as a typical back woods motel horror movie, but then turns into a complicated story that not only confuses but make little sense and gets pretty boring. So with a less than stellar story, and no gore to speak of it makes for a poor movie, that would have been much more interested had they stuck with the typical back woods horror story.
