The teenagers Marcus, Liz, Craig and Nina are camping in the remote outback of Australia. While driving on the road, a road train crashes on their car that leaves the road in a serious accident. The quartet survives and Craig breaks his arm, but their car is totally wrecked. However they see the train truck parked on road and Marcus and Liz walks to the vehicle to ask for help. They do not find the driver and sooner Craig and Nina arrive. When they see the driver shooting them, they decide to carjack the road train. Sooner they begin to act strange possessed by some evil force.

The acting quality is probably better than the quality of anything else in this movie.

A guy's head is run over by a big rig, there's a machine that grinds up bodies, anda an arm broke through the skin.

The movie starts off with a fairly intense sex scene that shows breast and man butt.

The characters are stupid, unrelated and unlikeable, the story (about a truck that has supernatural powers and runs on blood) is not much better, but could have been alright in more capable hands, and the script jumps around a lot and gets confusing as there is little foreshadowing or explanation for events, everything just seems to happen completely randomly and for unknown reason. At times is becomes very difficult to figure out if these characters are crazy, schizophrenic, or if the truck has supernatural powers (which it does). Very poorly made movie, that only offers some decent gore, but it's not worth sitting through to see.
