Sgt. Bradley Roback returns home from active duty after a mysterious accident leaves him paralyzed. Awaiting his return, his mother, Karmen (Camille Keaton), and younger sister, Ashley (Jade Risser), remain unaware of the details of the accident and severity of Brad's condition. Once he arrives, though he looks sickly, his family members are pleased to see him alive and don't bring attention to his ill appearance. Over the next twenty-six hours Brad's condition terribly worsens, barreling down to a gruesome conclusion that will change the family forever.

Other the Camille Keaton it's cast of mostly unknown micro budget actors, who are not particularly talented, but they certainly put in a full efforts, and tried to be as effective as possible, and it showed, which helped make up for the lack of talent.

This movie moves incredibly slow with the first 80-90 % of it being a character study of an ex-military man dealing with related mental and physical issues. This portion gets pretty boring after a short while. When the horror elements finally kick in it's a pretty interesting movie, however it happens far to late and can't really save the movie. A decent "art house" type movie, but theres not a whole lot of entertainment value here.
