Twenty-four million years ago, Megalodon was a 20 tonne killing machine with a 10 foot gaping bite. When two researchers discover a colossal shark's tooth off the Mexican coast their worst fears surface - the most menacing beast to ever rule the waters is still alive and mercilessly feeding on anything that crosses its path. Now they must hunt the fierce killer and destroy it... before there is no one left to stop its reign of terror!

Average at best, but no body appears to be trying to hard, and look like they just wanted to collect their paycheck;s and go home. Overeall somewhere between the first and second movies in the series.

Sword fish bit in half, Mild shark attacks, and shark guts splatter by gunshot.

Breast and butt of both genders skinny dip, Topless shower sex.

Production values are much better than in "Shark Attack 2" but still not good and lower than the first. This movie has a few interesting scenes which includes one hilarious and unexpected line (which is and ad-lib that was intentionally left in the movie.), and a scene where the shark swallows a boat whole, that reminded me of the end of the mockbuster "Snake on a Train". Overall it probably the most entertaining of the 3 movies, just for the cheesiness of some scenes.
