With her parents dead and her older brother off to fight in Iraq, emotionally disturbed teenager Izzy flips out and goes on a nasty killing spree, gleefully torturing and executing the bullies who like picking on her younger sibling, Kevin.

Leslie Andrews is alright as the lead psychopaths, but her supporting cast is very weak. Often appeared that some of the cast may be reading there lines.

Very bloody slit throat, stabbings, a penis is cut off, and an axe to the head.

A women shows some butt before a very odd strap on rape scene.

A bid disappoint for me as this movie has long been hyped as sick and twisted movie which it is. However it is also supposed to be a shocking and gory movie which it really isn't. If this came out 20 or 30 years ago it may have been, but this psycho backwoods family storyline has been done and redone many times over, and this provides nothing that viewers haven't seen before. It's also not very gory, when there is a gore scene, its pretty well over-done, but  there are not a lot of them. A decent horror movie, but if you've seen as many movies as I have, it's in now way shocking or disturbing and brings nothing new to the table.
