A female reporter investigates the death of a woman who, on fire, leapt off of a building to her death. Her investigation leads her to discover the existence of a strange cult dedicated Egyptan god Isis--and the cult wants her as its new queen.

Once again its your typical low budget slasher stuff, but it does features a solid supporting role by Clint Howard.

Like part 3, the violence is a bit toned down compared to the rest of the series, but this one makes up for it in other areas.

Schlockmaster Brian Yuzna takes over the directing duties for this entry in the series, which has absolutely nothing to do with any of the movies. Under Yuzna's care however it produces by far the most creative and oddly intriguing entry in the series, which he somehow turns into a combo of slasher and creature feature. Worth watching, and you really don't need to watch any of the previous film, as there in no way linked.
