Final Thougts

Sympathy is a complete anomaly among the micro budget sort of movies, as despite knowing it had a small budget, and having many of the signs of a small budget movie (Tiny cast, one location, no stars, etc..) it really makes absolutely no difference in the end. Its also an anomaly  plot has a multitude of twists, and unravels new layers of the story, minute by minute, yet it remains fairly easy to follow, without ever becoming predictable and is thoroughly captivating throughout its run time. The only minor flaw i could spot in this movie is that there are multiple time where 2 characters are having a loud conversation, or there is some action going on, yet the person who is in the bathroom within the hotel room, apparently never hears a word. That minor error however can be overlooked. This is as good as low budget cinema can getm and while the director of this movie was inspired by Alfred Hitchcock's "Psycho" and I will proudly state that "Psycho" doesn't hold a candle to "Sympathy". Go out and see it at all costs. For more info on this movie, please visit there website here, or hit up my interview with director Andrew Moorman.
