In the 1980s, college student Samantha Hughes takes a strange babysitting job that coincides with a full lunar eclipse. She slowly realizes her clients harbor a terrifying secret; they plan to use her in a satanic ritual.

The acting is quite good all around, but for much movie its a one women cast.

A good movie, that i don't quite think deserves all the hype surrounding, but that may just be me not being a fan of Ti West, as i also didn't like "The Roost" as much as most did, and I'm a creature feature junkie. I just found it a bit boring in the middle section, and it took too long to get to the story. Although because everyone else seems to like it, ill just chalk that up to not being a West fan, which i hope will change once Cabin Fever 2 is finally released.
