Uncle Sam (1997)

Plot
He lost his life in a helicopter crash during the Gulf War, but soldier Sam Harper is anything but dead now. Rising from the grave, Sam focuses all his anger and violence on his latest mission: taking out anyone who's crossed the U.S. government -- draft dodgers, flag burners, corrupt corporals, tax cheats and more. The action -- naturally -- takes place on the Fourth of July in this combo anti-war satire/slasher flick
Acting
Isaac Hayes and the kid in the wheelchair are by far the best. and that should tell you something about the rest of the cast (which does include B-Movie veterans Bo Hopkins and PJ Soles).
Gore
Head severed by meat clever, hatchet to the head, and american flag thruogh the chest. Also other gun shot and off-screen killing. One person burnt to death.
Sex/Nudity
One girl is seen changing after a shower while a peeping Sam watched on.
Final Thoughts
Although it has poor acting and not a ton of sex or gore, this was overall a quite entertaing b-movie, with some interesting(though not overly gorey) kills, and an overall enjoyable sequence.
